This Expression of Interest (EOI) is issued solely to invite proposals from interested service providers. Submission of a response is voluntary and does not create any binding obligation on NSIC.
NSIC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any or all proposals, modify the terms of this EOI, or cancel the process entirely without assigning any reason. Respondents shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their proposals; NSIC will not be liable for any such expenditure.
Empanelment under this EOI shall not constitute a guarantee of business for any service provider. NSICâ€™s role will remain strictly that of a facilitator and aggregator through MSMEmart.com and its nationwide offices. All contractual obligations, warranties, guarantees, and after sales support shall rest solely with the respective service providers. NSIC will not assume responsibility for disputes, liabilities, or obligations arising between MSMEs and service providers.
